These feet warmers are the perfect way to soothe tired, aching or chilled feet.  Each foot warmer contains a microwaveable insert filled with flax seeds and lavender seeds.

When gently warmed in the microwave the feet warmers produce a therapeutic heat that may help to reduce the pain and inflammation caused by the stress of bring on your feet all day.  The comforting warmth can also help to soothe soreness caused by arthritis, fibromyalgia and plantar fasciitis.
