Soothing You Back Warmer

Soothing You Hot and Cold Therapy Back Warmers contain a natural flax seed gently fragranced with lavender seeds.  The shape of the back warmer is designed to gently mould to the contours of your lower back.

When gently warmed in the microwave the back warmer produces a combination of therapeutic heat and a relaxing lavender fragrance to help enhance deep relaxation and ease the pain and inflammation in your back.  To use simply warm the back warmer in a microwave, then place around your back and fasten at the front using the adjustable velcro closure strip.

Can also be used as a cold compress by placing the insert into a plastic bag and putting in the freezer.
